1. What is this tool
This is a free Invoice, Quotation and Receipt generator made by PromoPioneers. You can manage your own company info, clients and services, and produce A4 printable documents you can save as PDF.
2. How your data is stored
Your documents, clients and services are stored only in your own browser using IndexedDB. They are not uploaded to PromoPioneers. If you clear browser data, change browser, or change device, the data will not follow. Use Backup → Export JSON to keep a copy.
3. Create your first invoice
- Open Company Settings and fill in your company name, address, phone, email and bank details. Upload a logo if you have one.
- Open Services and add a few service items with default price.
- Open Clients and add at least one client.
- Click New Document, pick a client, pick services, and adjust quantity / price.
- Click Save to keep it in history. Click Print / PDF to print or save as PDF.
4. Manage clients and services
You can add, edit or delete clients and services any time. They are reused across all your documents.
5. Print or save as PDF
Click Print / PDF. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF as the destination if you want a PDF. The document is formatted for A4. The footer will show a small PromoPioneers credit line.
6. Upgrade to the full system

1. 這是什麼工具
這是 PromoPioneers 製作的免費 Invoice / Quotation / Receipt 產生器。你可以管理自己的公司資料、客戶和服務項目,並產生 A4 可列印或儲存成 PDF 的單據。
2. 資料如何儲存
你的單據、客戶和服務項目只會儲存在你目前使用的瀏覽器內(使用 IndexedDB),不會上傳到 PromoPioneers。如果你清除瀏覽器資料、換瀏覽器或換電腦,這些資料不會跟過去。請用 Backup → 匯出 JSON 保留備份。
3. 建立第一張單據
- 打開 Company Settings,填寫公司名、地址、電話、Email、銀行資料,並上載 Logo。
- 打開 Services,加入幾個服務項目和預設價錢。
- 打開 Clients,新增至少一個客戶。
- 按 New Document,選擇客戶、選擇服務項目、調整數量和價錢。
- 按 Save 儲存到歷史。按 Print / PDF 列印或儲存成 PDF。
4. 管理客戶和服務項目
客戶和服務項目可以隨時新增、編輯、刪除,所有單據都可以重用。
5. 列印或儲存 PDF
按 Print / PDF,在列印視窗的「目的地」選 另存為 PDF 即可。版面已為 A4 設計,文件底部會有低調的 PromoPioneers 標示。
